As you may already know, the club is introducing an online booking system which will allow members to book courts up to 10 days ahead from 12 noon (excluding weekends).

Please click this link to go to the booking system website or go to the Court Booking Menu on the club website You may want to save the link in your web browser favourites for future use?

At this stage it will only be possible to book peak-time courts from 6 pm to 9.20 pm (finishing 10 pm) Monday to Friday.  The first online booking sheet will be for Monday 4 April 2016 onwards. You will be able to start to book courts from Monday 28th March 2016 when log-in details will be circulated to all paid up members. You are advised to log into the system to change the password ASAP after receipt of the email and you can also request a change of PIN number, but please note that the PIN will be system generated so you cannot choose a PIN or change the PIN to one of your choice. You can change your password and request a change of PIN by logging into the system and choosing the MY SETTINGS option on the left hand menu when logged into the booking system.

If you have forgotten your password you can request that an email is sent to your registered email address by clicking on this link  or by using the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD option on the booking system home page.

You will need to “Check In” using the booking screen located in the Main Club House, no earlier than one hour before or no later than one hour after the booking time to avoid a NO SHOW penalty. Full details are shown in the Club Rules. You will need your booking system PIN number to be able to do this so please ensure that you have this when checking in.

If you need further help or assistance with the booking system, or have a question about the system please email Kevin or Danny by clicking on the name below:

Please note that the booking system is secure, and compliant with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) guidance for the handling of private data (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) and with UK Data Protection Act 1998. All your information will be held in a secure environment and transmitted data is encrypted.

You can elect to “Opt Out” of receiving emails from Blackheath Squash Club and/or elect not to be shown in the Members’ Directory by changing your personal settings in the My Settings menu which is available when you are logged into the booking system.

You can also elect to receive email alerts of courts that have become available following a cancellation, and you also enable/disable/configure this option by also using the My Settings menu option when logged into the booking system.
