We are excited to announce a new initiative at Club, Beginners Sessions.
Run by club coach Ville Leppanen, the sessions include routines, fitness and movement exercises and lots of hitting of balls in an easy going group training environment.
The sessions are aimed at women and men new to squash, everyone wanting the perfect prelude to a well earned Sunday lunch or an essential sweating out of the remains of Saturday night!
Please join in from Sunday, March 12th, and every Sunday morning thereafter, at 9.30 – 10.30 for the cost of just £10.
