Senior Sessions

Run by club coach Ville Leppanen, the sessions include routines, fitness and movement exercises and lots of hitting of balls in an easy going group training environment.

The sessions are aimed at both women and men of intermediate level or higher who want the perfect prelude to a well earned Sunday lunch or an essential sweating out of the remains of Saturday night!

Please join on Sundays at 10.30 until 12 noon for the cost of just £10.
